During your time at Wrest Park you will be cared for by the in house team dedicated to keeping the infrastructure up and running, however this does not cover any IT issues you may have relating to your hardware and specific needs as a business.

Toroportal will be your first port of call for your IT issues that are not covered by Wrest Park.

£10 Subscription

Per device, per month

When you subscribe to our support, you will receive an asset tag for each device you register with us.  You can change the number of devices you are subscribed to at any point BEFORE any issues arise.

There is no ticketing system, just give us a call and your request will be dealt with immediately or, if our technicians are currently busy helping another office, you will be seen as soon as they become available as if you had your very own IT department.

If you have a problem with a device and you are not subscribed, you will be required to pay a fee in order for us to help.

If you are not subscribed, the cost is £90 per device for a resolution to your IT issue.
